UGC NET is a national eligibility test for JRF and Lecturership. On behalf of University Grants Commission (UGC), National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts NET. UGC NET is held twice a year to select candidates for only Assistant Professor or both Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).
The Examination shall be conducted as Computer Based Test (CBT) only.
Pattern: The Test will consist of two papers. Both the papers will consist of objective type, multiple
choice questions. There will be no break between papers.
